Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Manage attorney calendars and schedule appointments
Prepare and file legal documents
Transcribe and proofread legal correspondence
Organize case files and maintain document management systems
Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
Assist with legal research and document preparation
Handle billing and invoicing tasks

Requirements:

High school diploma; associate's degree or legal secretary certification preferred
2+ years experience in a legal environment
Proficiency in legal terminology and procedures
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal software
