We are working with a well known, successful plaintiff personal injury law firm in Houston that is seeking an experienced Settlement Administrator to join the team!

Job Location: ONSITE (Memorial Park/Rice Military area)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8a-5p, 8:30a-5:30p, or 9a-6p) - some OT required when deadlines are due
Salary: negotiable based on years of experience

Job Details

  • Prepare and maintain accurate settlement disbursement statements.
  • Audit and reconcile case expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Request, track, and organize updated statements for client files.
  • Communicate with clients daily to provide updates and address inquiries.
  • Monitor and update Settlement team regarding documents sent, received, or outstanding.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Perform general administrative duties, including document management and data entry.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a plaintiff injury firm with a focus on settlements.
