Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:

JD or similar plus:

• 2+ Years of Lemon Law experience

• Active and in Good Standing with the Bar (will consider any states except NY, NJ, ME, CO, and NC unless also licensed in others )

• Speak with new clients about their case and any damages they can recover

• Review discovery, attend arbitrations and deposition, settlement negotiations, and manage cases

• Work with paralegals and intake professionals as a team
