Job Details
Responsibilities
- Manage California Lemon Law litigation files from filing through resolution or trial
- Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, notices, and legal correspondence
- Prepare and file documents in California State and Federal Courts
- Maintain litigation calendars, including court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial dates
- Draft and coordinate written discovery, document productions, and subpoenas
- Organize and review vehicle repair histories, warranty documentation, purchase agreements, and service records
- Coordinate depositions, inspections, expert evaluations, and mediations
