Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to help employees manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
  • Develop and implement behavioral health programs tailored to the needs of our employees in the finance industry.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to create a supportive, mentally healthy work environment.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify employees who may be struggling and provide appropriate support.
  • Educate employees and management about mental health, stress management, and self-care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in behavioral health to ensure our programs are evidence-based and effective.
  • Ensure all programs and interventions are compliant with relevant laws and ethical guidelines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Current state license to practice as a Behavioral Health Clinician.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, preferably in a role related to behavioral health.
  • Experience working with individuals in high-stress environments, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the unique mental health challenges faced by finance professionals.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective, evidence-based interventions.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high caseload effectively.
