Qualifications
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to help employees manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
- Develop and implement behavioral health programs tailored to the needs of our employees in the finance industry.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to create a supportive, mentally healthy work environment.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify employees who may be struggling and provide appropriate support.
- Educate employees and management about mental health, stress management, and self-care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in behavioral health to ensure our programs are evidence-based and effective.
- Ensure all programs and interventions are compliant with relevant laws and ethical guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all professional standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Current state license to practice as a Behavioral Health Clinician.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, preferably in a role related to behavioral health.
- Experience working with individuals in high-stress environments, preferably in the finance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the unique mental health challenges faced by finance professionals.
- Ability to develop and implement effective, evidence-based interventions.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high caseload effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
