We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our medical team. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and professional environment. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy based on the needs of patients.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Participate in case conferences and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
  • Provide consultation to other healthcare professionals on psychological issues and mental health interventions.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of care in the practice of clinical psychology.

Qualifications:
  • Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical documentation and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and work effectively in a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of current research in the field of clinical psychology.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations and a wide range of mental health conditions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
