We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Licensed Clinician to join our team in the medical industry. The selected candidate will be expected to provide high-quality clinical care to our patients, offering guidance, support, and treatment plans to ensure their overall mental and emotional well-being. This role will involve working closely with other healthcare professionals and maintaining comprehensive patient records. The ideal candidate will bring a compassionate approach to their work, coupled with a strong understanding of ethical guidelines, clinical assessments, and therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to understand their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records, including therapy notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
  • Adhere to all professional standards and legal requirements, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Keep abreast of latest developments in the field of mental health and integrate new knowledge into clinical practice.
  • Conduct crisis intervention as necessary, and provide referrals to other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting clinical assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Proficient in the use of electronic health records and other computer systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal requirements related to mental health practice.
  • Ability to respond effectively to crises and manage stressful situations.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  • Must have a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a commitment to improving patient mental and emotional well-being.
