The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in the insurance industry, who can deliver exceptional customer service, maintain client records, and handle policy sales and renewals with utmost professionalism.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones.
2. Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans.
3. Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
4. Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your business endeavors.
5. Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records.
6. Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation.
7. Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field.
8. Fulfill all policy requirements.
9. Maintain and update client records regularly, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
10. Handle policy sales and renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an insurance agent or relevant experience; minimum of 2 years required.
2. Valid license to practice the profession of an Insurance Agent.
3. Solid understanding of insurance laws, policies, and regulations.
4. Strong analytical skills to understand insurance policies and explain them to clients.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients.
6. Proficiency in maintaining client records and handling policy sales and renewals.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
8. High level of professionalism and integrity; compliance with all industry rules and regulations.
9. Skilled in negotiation and persuasion, with the ability to close sales deals effectively.
10. Proficient in the use of computer applications related to the job, such as CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
