- Taking and charting patient vitals
- Maintain patient charting and records
- Communicating treatment and health information to patients, doctors, and nurses
- Administering medications and IVs as prescribed by the healthcare team
Qualifications:
- Technical School Diploma of Accredited LPN program
- Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse
- At least 1+ year of clinical experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
