Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Responsibilities:

• Taking and charting patient vitals
• Maintain patient charting and records to plan care to meet their needs
• Changing bandages and catheters
• Collecting samples for blood tests and urinalysis
• Communicating treatment and health information to patients, doctors, and nurses
• Administering medications and IVs as prescribed by the healthcare team
• Supervising Nursing Assistants

Qualifications:

• Technical School Diploma of Accredited LPN program
• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse
• At least 1+ year of clinical experience
• Clinical Nurse Specialist Experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
