Job description: As a Program Architect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to improve and deploy a prototype building program and to build an alternative to the traditional construction industry. From desk to factory floor to job sites and client meetings, you will be challenged to develop your skills in a new field, taking a critical role in project delivery via the DMC methodology

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Line Manager to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily production activities, ensuring that production quotas are met while maintaining the highest quality of product. You will play a critical role in driving our company's success by implementing lean manufacturing strategies and continuously improving our production processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that production quotas are met and products adhere to our high-quality standards.
2. Coordinate with various departments to optimize production planning and scheduling.
3. Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
4. Supervise, train, and develop production staff, fostering a team environment that encourages growth and continuous learning.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
6. Analyze production data and prepare reports for upper management.
7. Continually assess production processes and procedures, recommending improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
8. Collaborate with other managers and staff to implement the company's policies and goals.
9. Resolve production issues or bottlenecks to ensure smooth operations.
10. Participate in budget development and oversight processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a production supervision or production supervisor role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
4. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
8. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
9. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
10. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the manufacturing industry.
