Job Details: We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 1-4 years of commercial litigation experience to join our Philadelphia-area team.

Must-Haves: - Admission to practice law in BOTH Pennsylvania AND New Jersey (required —please do not apply without both admissions) - 1-4 years of commercial litigation experience, including dispute resolution - Strong legal writing and research skills - Ability to support
all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial/mediation/arbitration preparation

Nice to Have: - Toxic tort and/or mass tort litigation experience

Compensation: $120,000-$160,000, commensurate with experience
