Job Details

Handle all aspects of complex civil litigation — pleadings, discovery, motion practice, court appearances, depositions, etc.

Draft and argue dispositive motions with confidence

Get mentorship from senior attorneys across offices (remote-friendly)

Work independently and collaboratively — no hand-holding, but plenty of support

Must be admitted in CA and in good standing

Ideal background includes insurance defense, public entity, or commercial litigation

3+ years of experience minimum

Strong writing and courtroom presence required
