Responsible for representing clients in litigating, arbitrating and mediating construction disputes including delay claims, defect claims, warranty claims, water intrusion claims, indemnity claims, building code claims and the like.

• Apply crucial trial expertise to support clients in court proceedings
• Conduct and uphold depositions as a vital component of the litigation process
• Effectively oversee and arrange case dockets for seamless case advancement
• Work collaboratively with legal teams to formulate and execute efficient case strategies
