Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery.
2. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis of legal issues relevant to ongoing and potential litigation cases.
3. Draft a variety of legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents.
4. Conduct and defend depositions, including preparation of witnesses.
5. Attend court proceedings and effectively advocate for clients.
6. Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and prepare for trial.
7. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and consultation.
8. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Litigation Associate Attorney role should have the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. At least 5 years of experience in litigation.
3. Must be a member in good standing of the bar Pennsylvania, NJ is a plus
4. Proven experience in conducting and defending depositions.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state court procedures.
6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
11. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
