Our client is searching for a litigation attorney. Civil litigation experience is preferred, but they are open to ADAs, Public Defenders, and attorneys finishing up clerkships.
The following qualifications are necessary for consideration for this position:
1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a member in good standing with the PA bar.
3. Experience in, or a desire to learn, civil litigation, specifically insurance defense.
4. Courtroom experience
