Job Details
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in Illinois
3+ years of personal injury experience with a strong focus on trial work
Minimum of 3 civil jury trials to verdict
Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to personal injury litigation
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply legal authority effectively
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, motions, and correspondence
Proven ability to successfully manage cases and advocate for clients while achieving positive outcomes
Experience conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing strategic legal guidance
Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
