We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate must have a 2-4 years of experience in insurance litigation, and sexual abuse defense This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and a competitive salary.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Manage a caseload and work independently
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
- Attend hearings and trials
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Participate in business development and marketing activities
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of employment
- 3+ years of experience in Litigation, construction litigation attorney, insurance litigation, and Tort Law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
