Job Details
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day litigation activities, including strategy development and case management
Supervise junior associates and coordinate team workflows
Draft complex legal briefs and motions with minimal oversight
Take and defend depositions
Engage in client communications and prepare for trial proceedings
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and practice development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
Licensed to practice in Illinois
Prior experience in managed care litigation strongly preferred
Proven ability to run cases independently and supervise others
Demonstrated skill in drafting complex briefs and motions
Strong academic record and analytical writing skills
