Job Details

You will play an invaluable part in our vision, working with the team on large, complex and fast paced contentious cases, including multi-jurisdictional disputes.

Taking initial instructions from partners and senior associates and delegating to paralegals and staff when appropriate, you will be involved in:

Drafting of pleadings, motions, and complex legal briefing
Arguing motions and managing status conference and case hearings in court
Intense legal research and case strategy assessments
Preparing the Partner or Senior Associate for depositions and hearings as well as conducting and managing some of your own.
Serve on trial team
Oversee paralegal and staff on plaintiff-specific issues and file maintenance in our mass tort cases
Developing and maintaining relationships with external counsel, expert witnesses, and other external parties
Managing meetings effectively by setting clear agendas
Demonstrating effective case management
Assisting the firm in achieving its professional objectives
Contributing to PGMBM’s business development, including raising the firm’s profile by partaking in marketing activities, pro bono opportunities, and contributing to the firm’s publication
