Job Details
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join our Condo and Commercial Litigation team.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex litigation matters involving condominium associations and commercial properties.
The role will be hybrid after a probationary period, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex litigation matters involving condominium associations and commercial properties.
The role will be hybrid after a probationary period, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior attorneys in handling condo and commercial litigation cases.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Participate in discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories.
- Represent clients in court hearings and mediations.
- Provide legal advice and support to condominium associations and commercial property owners.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop case strategies and solutions.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- 2-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in condo and commercial litigation.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
