We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial litigation and a passion for the legal profession. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of litigation matters, including dispute resolution, risk management, and legal research. Responsibilities:
1. Handle a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including managing all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
3. Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
4. Collaborate with other team members to develop litigation strategies and ensure effective case management.
5. Represent the firm and its clients in court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting commercial litigation.
7. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on litigation-related matters.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
9. Participate in business development activities, including networking events, seminars, and conferences.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing litigation matters from inception through resolution.
5. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. High degree of professionalism and ethical integrity.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
10. Proficiency in using legal research databases and software.
