We are in search of a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Litigation Associate to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in business and commercial litigation. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting legal documents, and legal discovery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in complex litigation matters and work with a Partner and team of experienced attorneys, taking depos, gaining 2nd chair experience in trials in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive and in-depth legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
2. Manage all aspects of business and commercial litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
3. Review, analyze, and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements to provide accurate legal advice.
4. Prepare and draft legal opinions and memoranda on various legal issues.
5. Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies, prepare for trials, and negotiate settlements.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, best practices, and new developments in business and commercial litigation.
7. Attend court proceedings (2nd chair) and represent clients effectively in hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
8. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court officials, and other stakeholders.
9. Ensure all legal documents, filings, and correspondence are accurately maintained and organized.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in business litigation and commercial litigation.
3. Must be a member in good standing with the California Bar.
4. Proven experience in superior legal research, drafting legal documents, and legal discovery.
5. Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex legal issues.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
8. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
10. Proficiency in using legal software and technology for research and case management.
