JD from an ABA school required
Admitted to practice law in the State of California - no exceptions
3-5+ years of civil litigation experience
Superior analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Team player with great attitude and willingness to learn is essential

Maintain and manage a moderate to heavy caseload of litigation cases while making consistent moves toward resolution;
Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the litigation process
Provide direction and communication to support staff while also holding them accountable for any work delegated;
Draft/review pleadings, motions, and legal documents and conduct any necessary legal research
