Qualifications
- 4+ years of litigation experience in construction law, construction defect, or employment/labor law
- Strong litigation and courtroom skills; trial preparation experience preferred
- Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to client service and collaborative teamwork
