Are you a seasoned Litigation Attorney with a passion for business, general litigation, and employment law? Do you have a proven track record in labor defense? If so, we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and highly skilled individual like you to join our team. This role is a full-time, permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to handle a diverse range of complex legal matters. Responsibilities:

As a Litigation Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Representing clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate stages.
2. Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents.
3. Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda on a broad range of legal issues.
4. Providing legal advice and counseling to clients regarding their legal rights, obligations, and risks.
5. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.
6. Developing case strategies in consultation with clients and senior attorneys.
7. Managing discovery processes, including document review, production, and deposition preparation.
8. Participating in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
9. Maintaining current knowledge of changes in legislation, case law, and industry trends that may impact clients.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney, with a focus on business litigation, general litigation, construction law or employment defense.
4. Proven experience in labor defense.
5. Exceptional legal research, analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
6. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with a high degree of detail orientation.
8. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
10. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
