Our firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Litigation Attorney to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned attorney looking to take their career to the next level in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on a variety of insurance subrogation matters, including complex and large property loss litigation.
- Conduct thorough and detailed depositions to gather necessary information and evidence for cases.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes in court.
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in the best interest of clients.
- Supervise and delegate responsibilities to junior attorneys, paralegals, and other members of the legal team.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, rulings, and changes in laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Must possess a valid attorney’s license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation attorney, preferably in complex litigation and large property loss litigation.
- Proven experience conducting effective depositions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes for clients.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Proficient in legal research and the use of legal databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
