Our client is searching for a litigation attorney with 3-7 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing a diverse portfolio of litigation cases, including real estate, bankruptcy, business, estate, probate, and personal injury.
2. Developing and executing litigation strategies.
3. Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents, and filing them with the court.
4. Representing clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters.
5. Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members.
6. Negotiating settlements for legal disputes.
7. Complying with all legal standards and regulations, and maintaining the highest level of professional and ethical behavior.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. Any litigation experience is acceptable.
3. Admitted to the PA bar
4. Litigation experience in PA
