Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis in insurance defense
- Experience with attending court hearings, arbitrations and mediations
- Experience with taking and defending depositions
- Drafting discovery and contractual agreements.
- Strong writing and communication skills with clients and opposing counsel
- Trial experience is desired
- Juris Doctorate - California Bar membership - Civil litigation and insurance defense experience
