Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
- Handle all phases of litigation: case evaluation, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and trial.
- Defend clients in product liability claims, insurance defense matters, and complex litigation such as class actions or multi-district cases.
- Interpret and litigate insurance coverage and bad faith disputes.
- Collaborate with experts and evaluate scientific or technical evidence in support of defense strategy.
- Manage client relationships, budgets, and case strategies while working closely with team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio bar.
- Proven litigation experience, specifically in product liability and insurance defense.
- Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
