Are you a passionate, detail-oriented, and experienced Litigation Attorney with a knack for tackling complex cases? If so, then we have an exciting opportunity for you. Our firm is seeking a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and personal injury litigation. You will be responsible for managing and directing all aspects of our litigation cases from inception through trial. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation cases and make a significant impact on our clients' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court and before government agencies, articulating their case in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Investigate and gather evidence to support claims and defenses.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability cases.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with regular case updates and ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Proven experience in personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and personal injury litigation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in legal research tools and software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
• Strong commitment to client service and demonstrated ability to make a positive impact.
