- 5+ Years of Litigation Experience
- Experienced with Real Estate OR Commercial Litigation
- Additional Experience in General Business Law or Estate & Probate appreciated
- Admitted in FL
- Experienced in Drafting/Review/Response to pleadings, motions and discovery
- Deposition Experience
