We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in a variety of legal disputes, with a particular focus on personal injury cases. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure effective representation of clients' interests
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide high-quality legal services to clients
• Attend continuing legal education programs to stay up-to-date on legal developments and trends

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Tennessee State Bar
• 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney, with a focus on personal injury cases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients
