Requirements
- JD + Barred in Tennessee, in good standing
- 5+ years of Litigation Experience
- Civil Litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: appeals, business, corporate, commercial, contract, construction, employment, estate planning and probate, insurance defense, landlord/tenant, unfair competition, and trade secrets.
- Strong experience in handling litigation from start to finish, including Pleadings, discovery, depositions, arguing motions, mediations and trial
