Job Details

  • Handle a diverse caseload of construction and general commercial litigation matters
  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses in state and federal courts
  • Conduct depositions, manage written discovery, and oversee document review
  • Develop case strategies, evaluate risk, and advise clients on resolution options
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
  • Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and expert witnesses to build persuasive cases
  • Contribute to the firm’s reputation for excellence through exceptional advocacy and judgment

Qualifications

  • J.D. and active license to practice in Colorado
  • Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience
  • Background in one or more of the following areas preferred: construction litigation/disputes (ideally), general commercial litigation or employment
