Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in all phases of insurance defense or Personal injury litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
  • Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Develop case strategies and provide sound legal counsel to clients.
  • Handle court appearances, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and communicate effectively throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
  • 5+ years of litigation experience, including trial work.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a high-volume practice.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
