Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Represent clients in all phases of insurance defense or Personal injury litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Develop case strategies and provide sound legal counsel to clients.
- Handle court appearances, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced legal environment.
- Maintain strong client relationships and communicate effectively throughout the legal process.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
- 5+ years of litigation experience, including trial work.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a high-volume practice.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
