Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Handling all aspects of litigation, from initiation through trial and appeal.
2. Representing clients in court and making regular court appearances.
3. Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and to stay updated on current laws and regulations.
4. Drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery requests and other legal documents.
5. Managing cases, including investigating claims, evaluating damages, and negotiating settlements.
6. Collaborating with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure the efficient and effective management of cases.
7. Providing exceptional client service, including maintaining regular communication and providing updates on case progress.


Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 5 years of experience in litigation.
3. Proven experience in trial, personal injury, and legal research.
4. Proficient in drafting and responding to discovery requests.
5. Exceptional courtroom presence with extensive experience making court appearances.
6. Strong legal research and analytical skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and to work under pressure.
9. Outstanding negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
