Mid-sized, reputable firm looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience with commercial litigation! A lot of what they do is handle cases on behalf of investors in commercial litigation matters (i.e. securities, breach of fiduciary duty, commercial fraud, etc.). Job Details
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of Litigation experience
- Experience Deposing and Litigating in Court!
- Experience handling commercial litigation matters (commercial fraud, securities, breach of fiduciary duty, etc.)
- If you've represented investors, that is a huge plus!
- Previous experience as first chair
- Experience in Trial is a MUST. If you also have arbitration experience, that is a bonus!
