We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our client's Central Florida team. The ideal candidate will have a background in business, commercial, real estate, or construction law and possess anywhere from 2 to 8 years of relevant experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the law and is looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic legal practice.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling a variety of litigation matters within the specified practice areas
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Providing legal counsel and guidance to clients
• Collaborating with other attorneys and staff on complex cases
• Maintaining detailed case records and documentation
• Staying updated on relevant legal developments and regulations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Florida Bar
• 2 to 8 years of experience in business, commercial, real estate, or construction law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
