We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our growing legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be at the forefront of high-profile civil litigation cases, providing strategic legal guidance and representing our clients in court. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Civil Litigation who is ready to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, property disputes, and personal injury claims.
  • Represent our clients in court, presenting compelling arguments and evidence to advocate for their interests.
  • Conduct extensive research to gather all relevant information and build solid cases.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and settlement agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and changes in laws that may affect our clients or our practice.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics at all times.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and all work is completed to the highest standard.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney, handling personal injury, general liability, product liability and premises liability..
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • Proven track record of success in civil litigation, with a strong understanding of civil laws and procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high caseload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and software.
  • High level of integrity and professional responsibility.
