Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Develop and execute case strategies, including motion practice and trial preparation
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery responses
  • Manage client communications and provide strategic counsel throughout proceedings
  • Oversee and mentor junior attorneys and support staff on assigned matters
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
  • Ensure compliance with all procedural and ethical standards

Qualifications:
  • JD Required
  • 12+ years of litigation experience
  • Prior experience with civil litigation and/or public entity liability defense
  • Familiarity with constitutional and civil rights discrimination cases
  • Proficiency in legal research platforms and case management systems
