Litigation Attorney

Our client is a mid-sized law firm with multiple offices in California and another in London. They have decades of experience working on sophisticated commercial and class-action litigation as well as transactional and civil-rights work at a very high level.

They are currently in growth mode and looking to add another Attorney with extensive commercial litigation experience and ideally some experience working on transactional or civil rights related cases.

Responsibilities:

Initial investigations and written discovery
Manage all phases of litigation
Conducting depositions and expert retention
Mediation and settlement negotiations
Pre-trial motions and submissions
Trial preparation and representation

Requirements:

5+ years of experience practicing commercial litigation law.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
