- Proactively manage cases in state and federal courts, from intake to resolution
- Draft compelling pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and research memos
- Clearly communicate case updates and strategies to clients
- Analyze cases, develop winning arguments, and propose effective solutions
- Collaborate with expert witnesses, and team of partners and associates
- Prepare witnesses, attend depositions, hearings, and mediations, and prepare for trial
Job Qualifications:
- Admission to the Texas Bar, in good standing
- 2-5 years of experience in state and federal courts
- Toxic tort experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage caseload proactively from start to finish
