Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and argue law and motion, handle court appearances
  • Take depositions
  • Prepare and propound discovery
  • Complete status evaluation reports
  • Handle all aspects of litigation

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of legal experience
  • Prior trial experience is preferred although not required.
  • Medical background or experience in litigation, administrative hearings, or medical malpractice is preferred
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the California State Bar
