Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Prepare and argue law and motion, handle court appearances
- Take depositions
- Prepare and propound discovery
- Complete status evaluation reports
- Handle all aspects of litigation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of legal experience
- Prior trial experience is preferred although not required.
- Medical background or experience in litigation, administrative hearings, or medical malpractice is preferred
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar
