Job Details:

Our firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a hands-on role in managing complex litigation matters, engaging in high-stakes negotiations, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities:

1. Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, attending hearings, and managing trial preparation and execution.
2. Lead and participate in the development and execution of litigation strategies in both state and federal courts.
3. Engage in class action suits, securities fraud litigation.
4. Provide expert legal advice to our clients, helping them navigate complex legal issues and make informed decisions.
5. Conduct thorough and detailed case analyses to identify potential legal issues and develop effective solutions.
6. Negotiate settlements in mediation and arbitrations.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate securities laws and regulations.
8. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals, contributing to the overall success of our firm.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on securities fraud, and class action suits.
4. Proven trial experience as a lead or second chair.
5. Extensive experience in conducting depositions and handling complex litigation matters.
6. Strong knowledge of corporate securities laws and regulations.
7. Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful mediation.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
