Job Details
A prestigious Delaware law firm seeks an experienced Legal Assistant to join their dynamic Intellectual Property litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated patent, trademark, and technology disputes while developing expertise in federal court procedures and IP law.

- Prepare and manage complex commercial litigation documents from case initiation through trial
- Execute high-volume federal district court filings using PACER and CM/ECF systems
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents for attorney review
- Coordinate service of process and maintain comprehensive case calendars
- Manage exhibit preparation and organization for depositions, hearings, and trials
- Compile and summarize technical documents, patent materials, and expert reports
- Interface with clients, co-counsel, and court personnel on case-related matters
- Support multiple attorneys handling fast-paced, deadline-driven litigation
Requirements:
- PACER filing experience and federal court procedures knowledge (must have)
- 3+ years litigation support experience (IP background not required!)
- Advanced document formatting and case management skills
- Proficiency with legal research databases and Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated professional with collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
