Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their dynamic legal team supporting 3 attorneys. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to their litigation attorneys, including managing calendars, preparing pleadings, and assisting with trial preparation. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars for multiple attorneys, including scheduling appointments, court appearances, and deadlines
- Prepare pleadings and other legal documents, including drafting, formatting, and proofreading
- Organize and maintain client files using a document management system
- E-file documents with various courts and agencies
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, scheduling witnesses, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Attend trials and provide support to attorneys during trial
- Transcribe dictation and other recordings
- Scan and file incoming and outgoing mail
- Input time and expenses into the billing system
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a litigation legal assistant
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with document management systems, iManage preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with e-filing and trial preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Must be able to work in the office 3 days a week
