We're seeking an experienced litigation legal secretary to support our client's dynamic litigation team in their Palo Alto office. This opportunity is with a renowned international firm that is widely respected by peers and legal professionals.
The incoming legal secretary will be an integral part of the litigation support team, primarily supporting three partners and an associate, with opportunities to collaborate across other practice groups as business needs arise. This role offers the perfect blend of independent work and team collaboration in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Our ideal candidate is a detail oriented professional with, at minimum, 4 years of experience and a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Manage shells, TOAs & TOCs with precision and attention to detail
- Handle time entry and complex calendaring for multiple attorneys
- Prepare comprehensive trial binders and case materials
- Support primarily state court litigation matters with some federal mixed in
- Collaborate with paralegals and attorneys across the litigation department
- Provide backup support to the broader litigation team as needed
