Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in complex, high-volume litigation and e-discovery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneys in complex commercial litigation matters.
Manage all phases of the litigation process, including document collection, review, production, discovery requests/responses, and trial preparation.
Coordinate and manage large-scale e-discovery projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on commercial litigation.
Proven experience in e-discovery, including collection, review, and production processes.
Familiarity with e-discovery tools such as Relativity, Concordance, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of legal procedures, court rules, and litigation terminology.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
