- Assist with case strategy and preparation, conducting legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER
- Ensure accuracy and precision by conducting cite-checking, Bluebooking, and proofreading briefs, complaints, and other documents
- Manage deadlines and case materials, including exhibits and court filings
- Support trial preparation through deposition summaries and hearing preparation
- Contribute to client development initiatives
- File in State and Federal court systems

- 2+ years of litigation experience in complex securities or commercial litigation
- Demonstrated expertise in federal court filing procedures
- Proficiency in legal research platforms (Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER)
- Strong Bluebook citation skills and experience with cite-checking legal documents
- Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program strongly preferred
- Knowledge of case management software (i.e. Relativity, Concordance)
